EU Returns Policy – Right of Withdrawal

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Cancel or Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day window expires:

  • Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery of the last item on your order to notify us of your intention to return. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products (such as custom-designed NFC cards), as these are made to your specification.
