Annual Recurring Costs Included in Package (1st Year)

They do not include any governmental fees, regulatory licence renewals, trade licence fees, annual company filing fees, statutory renewal charges, or any other government-imposed costs. Such costs vary by jurisdiction and are the sole responsibility of the client. KYDS will provide advisory guidance on these obligations but will not be liable for their payment or non-payment.

Launch Timeline

3–4 months from signed agreements and client approvals to full business launch.

• Month 1: Business plan, market research, incorporation advisory, registered address & P.O. Box setup, logo & brand identity.
• Month 2: Online store setup, SEO & GEO, AI employee deployment, social media & Google integration.
• Month 3–4: Digital marketing campaigns, lead generation activation, legal documentation, daily content & advisor handover.

Payment Options

• BNPL: Buy Now Pay Later — subject to client eligibility assessment
• Direct Payment: 50% deposit required to commence, balance due at Month 2 milestone — via Stripe or Direct Bank Transfer

Package Terms & Conditions

• Price of $27,500 USD includes VAT
• All first-year recurring costs for included services are covered within the package price
• First-year UK or US incorporation fees, registered address, P.O. Box forwarding, and accounting services are included
• Recurring costs do not include governmental licence renewals, regulatory fees, statutory filing charges, or any other government-imposed costs — these remain the client's sole responsibility
• KYDS is not responsible for delays caused by client approval, documentation delays, or third-party non-fulfilment
• Client eligibility and compliance with government authorities and financial institutions remains the client's responsibility
• NDA and legal agreements apply prior to project commencement
• Full KYDS Terms & Conditions apply
• KYDS reserves the right to pause or suspend services in the event of non-payment
