What Happens After You Order?

Thank you for choosing K-TAP! Your NFC metal business card is fully custom-made just for you. A dedicated client support agent will contact you within 1–2 business days to guide you through the full customisation of your card and digital profile.

Step 1 – Our Design Expert Will Contact You

One of our dedicated design experts will reach out to you directly to personalise your physical card, including:

  • Your logo or personal name
  • Job title and contact details
  • Any other design preferences or branding elements

Step 2 – Digital Profile Setup

Your K-TAP card links to a fully customisable digital profile. We'll help you set up everything you want to share when someone taps your card:

  • Logo & profile picture
  • Full name, contact details & address
  • Social media links & website URL
  • A corporate hero image
  • Product images
  • Documents – brochures, corporate profiles, pricing lists, product specs, and more

Step 3 – Review & Approval

Before we go to production, you'll receive a design proof for your approval. Once confirmed, your card will be produced and shipped to you.

Step 4 – Delivery

Your completed K-TAP NFC metal business card will be delivered within 14 days of your order.
