⚠️ Please note: Your delivery timeline begins once you have confirmed your card design and submitted all required profile materials. K-TAP is not responsible for any delays in delivery resulting from the customer's delay in providing design confirmation or uploading required materials.

Free Shipping — Orders Over $80 USD (Worldwide including Jordan) Orders totalling $80 USD or more qualify for free door-step delivery — via Aramex for Jordan and premium FedEx for all other countries. This is automatically applied at checkout.

Processing & Production Time All K-TAP NFC metal business cards are custom-made to order. Once you have confirmed your design and uploaded your profile materials, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

International Shipping — FedEx We ship worldwide via FedEx International. Courier transit times once dispatched:

  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • Middle East & GCC: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–10 business days

Jordan — Aramex Orders to Jordan are shipped via Aramex with door-step delivery. Orders over $80 USD ship free. Courier transit time once dispatched: 2–4 business days.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Orders over $80 USD ship free worldwide — via Aramex for Jordan and premium FedEx for all other destinations.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. K-TAP is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment on the FedEx or Aramex website.
