Partnership overview

Our managed approach covers on-page SEO, technical improvements, content, and backlink outreach. Depending on the agreed scope, measurement spans Google organic search, Google Maps, and AI-powered discovery experiences such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Meta AI.

Monthly reporting distinguishes completed work from observed performance changes.

Pause options and the standard 30-day termination provision are governed by the signed service agreement. Data handling, access permissions, confidentiality, and ownership arrangements should also be confirmed in that agreement.

KYDS Visibility workflow: assess, prioritise, implement, approve, publish and measure. Twelve-month roadmap: foundations, discovery, authority and consolidation.

How the programme works

Discovery and scope, audit and baseline, prioritise work, create and optimise, client content approval with revisions, then publish. Monthly improvement cycle: collect data, review KPIs and completed work, agree priorities, implement improvements and repeat.

Delivery and learning, connected

Assess & establish baseline → Agree priorities → Implement & create → Client content approval → Publish & coordinate outreach → Measure & refine

Monthly reporting feeds the next cycle of priorities, connecting completed work with comparable performance observations.

The signed proposal defines the applicable deliverables and dependencies. Unlimited copy does not mean unlimited simultaneous delivery; page complexity, priorities, turnaround, and revision handling must be agreed. Language availability does not mean every asset is produced in every language each month.

Detailed functional deliverables

Intelligence, auditing and reporting

  • Recurring technical crawls covering indexation indicators, canonical URLs, HTTP status codes, and crawl efficiency.
  • Backlink profile reviews covering relevance, anchor text distribution, potentially problematic patterns, and competitor activity.
  • Local geo-grid visibility scans across agreed locations where local search is relevant.
  • Ranking observations across agreed desktop, mobile, local, and AI search surfaces.
  • AI brand mention, recommendation, and citation testing using documented prompts and conditions.
  • Opportunity analysis using available Search Console data, including queries with reported positions between 4 and 20.
  • Competitor keyword, content, and link-source analysis.
  • Reporting using authorized Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Business Profile data where access and integration support are available.

Content publishing and localization

  • 16 researched and edited blog articles each month, scheduled around the agreed editorial calendar.
  • On-demand website copy within the agreed unlimited-copy scope and delivery queue.
  • Multilingual expansion using selected languages from the available 35+ language capability, with review requirements agreed in advance.
  • Client review and sign-off before articles, pages, or posts are published. Approval delays may affect the publishing schedule.
  • Weekly Google Business Profile activity where included, covering relevant profile updates, posts, photos, and review-response workflows.

Technical SEO and website performance

  • Direct implementation of agreed technical and on-page fixes, subject to platform access, permissions, and technical feasibility.
  • Optimization of title tags, meta descriptions, appropriate image alternative text, internal links, and logical headings.
  • Accurate JSON-LD structured data appropriate to visible content, such as Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Article, and suitable author information. FAQ markup is used only where appropriate; eligibility for search features is not assumed.
  • Investigation and remediation of issues affecting Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint, and Cumulative Layout Shift.
  • Clear, factual, answer-focused content sections designed for readers and machine interpretation. Section length follows the subject rather than a fixed word-count rule.

Editorial outreach and link acquisition

  • Relevant editorial outreach, digital PR opportunities, resource citations, and suitable guest contributions.
  • A delivery specification of 16 backlinks per month, with quality criteria and third-party dependencies recorded in the agreement.
  • No private blog networks or automated link spam.
  • Placement review covering relevance, destination, link attributes, and disclosure requirements where applicable.

Third-party publishers control their pages and may change or remove links. Search engines control indexing. Any paid or sponsored placement must be handled transparently with appropriate link attributes.
